this is some food i made up. i won't give the exact measurments. trust your instincts when cooking this one.
mix the sweet chili and tomato sauses. add as much of them as you want. you can also add water if you don't want to use too much sause.
wash the tteok under running water. try to take apart the attached pieces. once you're done, put it in the sause.
put the pot with sause and tteok on medium heat. keep it like that until the tteok becomes soft, than put it away for later.
get the big frying pan and put oil (olive or sunflower. or maybe even butter) in it. chop the onion and the garlic and put it in the pan. fry on low heat
chop the carrot and put it in the pan. turn the heat up to medium. from now on, remember to stir everything in there
cut and add the sausages (i like to use jagdwurst ones)
chop and add the leek and celery
add the bell pepper and the tomato. fry everything on medium heat until the leek pieces are a bit golden
put the sause & tteok in the pan
fry on high heat until most of the liquid evaporates. remember to keep stirring it
you can add green onion or something of that kind if you want to
